Graduate students:
We are no longer accepting applications for 2024. Please check back in the future for upcoming opportunities. We seek students with a strong work ethic who are excited about science, especially invertebrates and legacy effects, and have some experience with ecological research. Students will be part of the PhD program in Integrative Biology based on main campus and have access to experimental seawater facilities at the School for Marine Science and Technology (SMAST) in New Bedford, MA. Students will be fully funded with at least two years of research assistant (RA) support and guaranteed teaching assistant (TA) support thereafter. If you are interested in applying, please send Sarah an email with your CV/resume, a description of your research interests and experience, and the project you are interested in (see below). I strive to support my students as the whole person that they are. I’m committed to creating a lab environment that is inclusive, equitable, and where people from all backgrounds are celebrated. |
